What to Expect

Aquaria KLCC is home to one of the longest underwater tunnels in the world, this aquarium is considered one of the best in Asia and there is lots of marine wildlife to explore and see. Experience yourself surrounded by the 3D aquarium with colourful fishes and rare shark that is long as 6.4m.

• Weekday type tickets are valid from Monday to Friday, except on school & public holidays
• Weekends & PH type tickets are valid on Weekdays, Saturday, Sunday and school & public holidays
• At Aquaria KLCC, the health and welfare of our dearest visitor, staff and living creatures are our top priority. We will minimize Aquaria KLCC traffic by limiting entry to 400 visitor at one time, we will need visitor to pre-book the slot to allow us to serve you better. make a slot booking here. Visitor Rules

Visitors to the Kuala Lumpur aquarium are required to wear masks upon entering the venue.

Guests will have to undergo a mandatory temperature screening before entering the aquarium.

Patrons are not allowed to bring food and beverages inside the aquarium. So please make sure to eat well before you enter the KLCC aquarium. The aquarium does not have any food and beverage facilities inside its premises.

The Aquarium KLCC does not have baggage storage facilities so no big bags and trolleys will be allowed. Please make alternative arrangements to store your luggage.

No flash photography is allowed inside KLCC Aquaria. So remember to turn off camera flash before taking pictures.

Visitors are required to follow a 1-meter social distance.

Not more than 400 people are allowed inside KLCC Aquaria at a time to prevent overcrowding. Ensure you are at the site 15 minutes before the designated time mentioned in your ticket.

Cancellation Policy

This ticket is refundable if it has not been redeemed

Tickets that has beenredeemed at the counter will not be refunded

There will be a 10% cancellation fee for all refunds

All tickets are valid for 6 months from date of purchase

You do not need to print the ticket, simply present the QR code via your phone

In order to redeem your ticket, please proceed to the attraction’s counters

MyKad or MyKid must be presented at the attraction for purchase of Malaysian – with MyKad type tickets

Once payment is complete, you will instantly receive an email with QR code and attached PDF with your ticket details.

How do I redeem my tickets?

Simply present the QR code on your phone at the attraction counter / staff / operator. The attraction will scan your QR code to get the ticket details.

Is this ticket refundable if I do not visit the attraction?

Yes, can be used on the same day and anytime you want as the tickets are valid till 6 months.

If time limit is shown at attraction, means we have to get out on time or how?

No, the 2 hours is just a recommendation on how long it usually takes to cover a certain attraction. You can be there during the whole opening hours.

What activity we can do inside

In Aquaria KLCC, you will see many kind of 5000 different marine animal species. Can take photo as many as you want but Alert for sign board that not allowed for capturing photo as it will affect them.

Must present Mykad or IC or passport. For malaysians, you have to present them your Mykad when redeeming the code. As for foreigner, no need to show your passport but please always keep your passport with you.
